Graphic Novel Crunch Time

This December I have applied to have 5 months off work to do the final draft of my comic book,
if anybody has any tips, pointers, comments or questions please leave a comment.

I'm also looking at ways to help promote my comic, like doing some art competitions, maybe even get some commissions done by other artists,
probably do one of those things to pick the cover art.

I was even thinking of getting some animations done, like funny skits, fake movie trailer, any ideas are welcome.

If I decide to self publish I would probably need to do some crowd funding as well, so if anybody has any ideas or tips for doing a kickstarter please comment.

I might even release the first chapter for free to help drum up some support, getting the comic finished doesn't seem as big of a hurdle as actually selling it,
that's something I have little to no experience in.
