Small mistake, devastating consequences

I moved house recently but when I set up my PC I plugged my Wacom Cintiq into the wrong port and tried to install it, now my PC thinks I'm running duel monitors plus the cintiq and Paint Tool Sai cannot handle this.
The program WILL NOT WORK AT ALL if you have duel monitors, but it gets better, Windows will not delete this 3rd monitor, it cannot be done, I've tried everything and I've done a ton of research.
I was planning to reformat my PC but before I do I think I'll try out some other programs first.
Anybody have any suggestions for programs or fixes for paint tool sai?
